This is a 12-18 month contract position and requires the ability work onsite, a minimum of 3 days per week.
Change Management Contractor Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to support Workday deployment calendar
- Ensure clear and consistent messaging across all levels of the organization
- Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Lead change management efforts, including planning, execution, and evaluation of change initiatives
- Utilize Prosci methodology to manage change and ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
- Identify and address resistance to change, providing support and resources to help employees adapt
- Design and develop training curriculum to support change management strategy
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees throughout Waves 1-3.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
Change Management Contractor Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Experience with designing & building training libraries
- Prosci training preferred
- Experience with executing Change Management on a global scale preferred
- Experience with Change Management for system implementation preferred
- 3+ years of experience in change management, preferably 5-10 years
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively across teams and time zones
