As an Outside Sales Representative, it involves traveling to meet clients, demonstrating our high-quality toolkits, and consistently achieving daily sales targets. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed daily sales targets by selling at least five toolkits per day
- Identify and engage potential customers through cold calls, referrals and site visits
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Travel extensively within the assigned region to meet clients on-site, attend trade shows and explore new opportunities
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate travel demands and client meetings
- Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
- Provide post-sale support to resolve customer inquiries or issues
Outside Sales Representative Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in tools, equipment or industrial products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with extensive travel and managing a flexible schedule
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
