LaSalle Network is currently working with a client who is hiring for a Paralegal. This position is hybrid in their Alpharetta, GA office! Our client is looking for an individual that is outgoing, open minded and ready to learn!
Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Draft contracts and other legal documents
- Coordinate contract closing, administering and filling executed copies of contracts and organizing contract files
- Review and process incoming claims, pleadings and subpoenas
- Maintain claims and litigation legal database
- Schedule is Monday- Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Paralegal Requirements:
- 2+ years of law firm, public or private company paralegal experience
- 2+ years contract and litigation management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- familiar with DocuSign and Salesforce
