As a Parcel Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of their parcel management system. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to start a career in logistics and technology.
You will review, verify, and track shipments using our cutting-edge software tools to ensure timely and accurate parcel delivery and data entry. You will work alongside a supportive team that fosters growth and development in the tech and logistics space. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with 3 or more days onsite every week.
Parcel Auditor Responsibilities:
- Verify parcel data against tracking information to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Monitor and track shipments using software platforms to confirm delivery timelines
- Identify discrepancies, missing parcels, or incorrect data and escalate as needed
- Perform quality control checks to ensure that parcel information is accurately logged into the system
- Collaborate with other departments, including customer service, to resolve issues related to parcel delivery
- Assist in generating reports on parcel audits and performance metrics
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of parcel audits
Parcel Auditor Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Entry-level position, no prior experience required, but an interest in logistics or technology is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data accurately
- Comfortable using software tools and systems; willingness to learn new technologies
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
