We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Partnership Marketing Analyst to support their marketing team in optimizing partnership strategies. This Partnership Marketing Analyst will analyze performance, identify trends and provide insights to strengthen relationships with key partners. This hybrid role requires two days per week onsite in their downtown Chicago office.
Partnership Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to track, analyze and report on partnership campaign performance across various channels
- Use data-driven insights to optimize partnership marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct market research to support the identification of potential new partners and evaluate the effectiveness of existing relationships
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product and finance, to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Support the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform partnership marketing initiatives
Partnership Marketing Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing analyst or partnership role, ideally within the financial services sector
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms)
- Experience in developing reports and dashboards for tracking marketing performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and its regulatory landscape is a plus
