Our client is seeking a Payroll Analyst/HR Generalist to join our team during an exciting time of growth. This role is integral in managing payroll operations and supporting HR processes for a workforce of 350 employees. Payroll Analyst/HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly payroll for 60% hourly employees and semi-annual payroll for 40% salaried employees
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across 3 states
- Reconcile payroll records, address discrepancies, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Assist with onboarding, employee record management, and HR compliance activities (if applicable)
- Provide support in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze and report on payroll data
- Maintain payroll records and prepare reports for management
Payroll Analyst/HR Generalist Requirements:
- Proficiency in Paylocity payroll software
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- HR Generalist experience
- Familiarity with onboarding, compliance, and employee relations
