Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume payroll for US employees, including California, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) systems for efficient and effective payroll processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Stay current on payroll legislation and industry best practices to ensure compliance and provide valuable insights to the team
Payroll Specialist Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in payroll processing
- Expertise in high-volume payroll operations
- Proficient in ADP WFN or UKG payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
