Production Supervisor Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong background in continuous improvement and associate development
- Hands-on approach—this is a role for someone who thrives on the production floor
- Food or ingredients industry experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
