LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading CPG company headquartered in downtown Chicago seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Transformation Management Office (TMO). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving upcoming transformation projects, specifically focusing on supply chain processes and master data governance.

As a key member of the TMO, you will oversee critical business initiatives, review milestones, manage risk mitigation strategies and ensure effective capacity planning. This is a non-technical, business-focused role. Prior consultancy experience is essential, particularly in managing large-scale projects within supply chain, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and master data management (MDM).

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support transformation initiatives related to supply chain processes and master data governance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review and refine project milestones and ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare and manage TMO decks, providing visibility on project status, RAID items (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions) and critical risks
  • Proactively mitigate risks and resolve issues through effective project management practices
  • Conduct capacity planning to ensure resources are aligned with project needs
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on business goals
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting

Project Manager Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in consultancy, with exposure to complex transformation projects
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  • Experience in master data governance within a large-scale organization
  • Skilled in managing RAID logs, capacity planning and milestone tracking for business-focused initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage non-technical projects, focusing on business processes and strategy
  • Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and present to senior leadership
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with infrequent travel as required
