Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for e-learning and LMS projects
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring resources are aligned and deadlines are met
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet evolving client needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting regular updates and status meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly
- Ensure transparency by providing regular reports and updates on project status.
- Collaborate with Learning Experience (LE) designers, animators, and other specialists to deliver high-quality solutions
- Clearly define roles and responsibilities for team members to ensure efficiency and accountability
- Address roadblocks and identify solutions to keep projects on track
- Oversee the production of e-learning modules to ensure they meet client specifications and quality standards
- Conduct final reviews of deliverables before client handoffs
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate discussions around project challenges and drive resolution
Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing e-learning or LMS projects
- Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems and instructional design principles
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple deliverables
- Exceptional client-facing and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively
