Quality Systems Specialist Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and support Quality department teams by ownership of the following systems
- Document Control process via Sharepoint
- TraceGains Supplier Quality module & Compliance module which contains supplier & internal audits, CAPAs, OFIs
- Management of Change system & process
- System optimization and troubleshooting support
- Lead the implementation of the TraceGains module for third-party manufacturing
- Take over and continue the pre-existing architectural work already underway
- Coordinate the flow of data between the co-manufacturers, co-packers, and TraceGains system
- Lead systems training across all sites, warehouse and co-man
- Maintain document integrity by writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Process guides and work instructions.
- Report & drive network Quality System metrics within desired ranges
- Collaborate effectively with systems vendors for execution and maintenance of systems while delivering company values
Quality Systems Specialist Requirements:
- Strong experience with Quality Management Systems (ie Document Control, Management of Change)
- Food Manufacturing/ Pharmaceutical industry experience or similar
- System Implementation & Continuous improvement
- Site Collaboration & Training
- Multi-site experience (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven project management skills
- Capable of working independently and being self-directed
