We’ve partnered with a dynamic firm that’s making waves across Chicago, and they’re looking for a Recruiting Consultant to join their team on a hybrid basis! In this role, you’ll collaborate with hiring managers nationwide, leading full cycle recruiting efforts and building a robust talent pipeline to support the company’s rapid expansion.

In this role, you will lead full cycle recruiting efforts for a wide range of positions, from corporate to specialized roles. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with hiring managers across the country and influence the growth of the company. Recruiting Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers
  • Source and screen qualified talent for positions in leadership, technology, sales, HR, administrative and more
  • Partner with hiring managers to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Utilize the company’s applicant tracking system and social media tools to find the best candidates
  • Coordinate interviews, manage schedules and facilitate seamless communication between candidates and hiring teams

Recruiting Consultant Requirements:
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in contract or full-time roles, with a proven ability to manage multiple requisitions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and social media sourcing tools
  • Ability to independently manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage
