Are you a motivated leader ready to make a significant impact? LaSalle Network is seeking an enthusiastic Recruiting Manager to develop and grow our team of recruiters and help us double our revenue in the next three years. As a Recruiting Manager, you’ll have a unique opportunity to work closely with our executive team and collaborate with top recruiting and sales leaders to achieve ambitious goals.
Recruiting Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 4-8 recruiters
- Set performance metrics for the team and assist them in achieving their goals
- Motivate the team and foster a positive morale
- Responsible for deep diving into strategies and holds team(s) accountable to targeted recruiting plans and revenue goals
- Gain a thorough understanding of clients, industry trends and the candidate pool to effectively sell opportunities to applicants and support clients
- Report on recruiting trends and provide feedback to upper management
Recruiting Manager Requirements:
- Four-year college degree from an accredited university
- 2+ years in a management role
- 5+ years of staffing and recruiting industry experience
- Experience with setting and achieving metrics-driven goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
