Recruiting Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-energy environment
- Coach and drive your team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Prioritize and delegate job orders amongst your team
- Work with recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies
- Strategically partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver top-tier talent solutions
- Drive team performance through mentorship, goal setting and proactive engagement
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and sales team, influencing the direction of your division
Recruiting Manager Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience working for a third-party recruiting and staffing firm or another sales-driven environment
- Prior experience working with clients and leading a team to hit revenue and/or placement goals
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for team development and growth
- Must be willing to work onsite Monday-Thursday; remote flexibility offered on Fridays
