Relocation Search Specialist Responsibilities:
- Search for rental properties that match the criteria of policy holders for temporary housing using search tools
- Follow up with the landlords to negotiate leases and get additional details on the property and lease
- Maintain monthly tracking spreadsheets
- Update shared database to track progress daily
- Communicate detailed and accurate property information to teammates
- Facilitate communication between parties involved in the property sourcing process
Relocation Search Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years of job-related experience preferred
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Database experience a plus
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and be a team player
- Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position
