The Revenue Analyst is a key player on the Asset Management team, focused on maximizing rental and ancillary income across a multifamily property portfolio. This role involves daily management of pricing strategies, oversight of ancillary revenue streams and collaboration with various stakeholders to uncover new growth opportunities while maintaining compliance.
Revenue Analyst Responsibilities:
- Use advanced software and in-house models to implement daily pricing decisions aligned with asset strategies
- Review tenant compliance with ancillary income policies, including fees for pets, parking and late payments
- Develop and adjust fee structures for parking and storage while exploring partnerships with external service providers
- Ensure accurate and timely utility billing to maximize recovery rates
- Conduct market analysis to identify and propose new income opportunities based on competitor trends
- Collaborate with the data team to produce reports on income performance, variances and growth potential
Revenue Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in property management, asset management or accounting, preferably in multifamily or commercial real estate
- Knowledge of tenant relations, ancillary income strategies and real estate insurance processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and act on revenue opportunities
- Proficiency in Yardi, Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for vendor and tenant interactions
- Organized, detail-oriented and proactive in managing responsibilities
