Sales Coordinator / Analyst Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of a new Trade Promotion program
- Ensure all pending promotions are included in the system
- Assist in onboarding KAMs into the process once hired
- Standardize the approach to client assortments and price lists
- Take ownership of data clean-up and organization
- Act as the primary liaison between the planner managing new account setup and key departments (Legal, RGM, Finance)
- Review commercial agreements to ensure consistency and comprehensiveness based on client scope
- Lead the clean-up and organization of data and file management within the region
- Address backlog of client payments by investigating invoice submission issues, coding errors and supplier setup
- Develop and implement an efficient flow for invoices and payments
- Coordinate the receipt of depletion data from clients
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data to the Commercial Excellence team for integration into PowerBI
- Support additional projects as they arise, providing analytical and administrative assistance
Sales Coordinator / Analyst Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Excel (data analysis, reporting, and organization)
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong administrative capabilities, able to handle multiple projects at once
- Experience in sales coordination, project management, or data analysis preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams
- Familiarity with PowerBI and trade promotion systems is a plus
