Sales Enablement Specialist Responsibilities:
- Assist key account managers with new item setup, promotional submissions and sales analysis
- Utilize customer platforms like Retail Link, One World Sync and data tools such as Spins and M6 to drive business performance
- Provide detailed sales and promotional reports, competitor activity insights and market analysis
- Prepare sales presentations and materials for key account meetings
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, ensuring data accuracy for forecasting and reporting
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product management, innovation) to enhance the customer experience
- Manage incoming sales leads and route them to the appropriate sales representatives
Sales Enablement Specialist Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with trend analysis, market monitoring and delivering actionable insights
- Knowledge of platforms like Retail Link, One World Sync, Nielsen, Spins and Tableau is a plus
- Highly analytical, strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills
