LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing technology company in Denver, seeking an innovative Sales Enablement Specialist due to growth. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to the sales team by creating and managing resources that streamline sales processes and drive sales performance. You will be integral in improving the effectiveness of the sales team by providing insights, training, content, and tools, as the team scales and grows into new markets.

Sales Enablement Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to onboard new sales team members
  • Ensure that sales teams are equipped with the latest product knowledge, selling techniques, and competitive insights
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions to continuously improve the sales team’s skills and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing teams to develop sales materials, presentations, and other content that support sales conversations
  • Maintain and update sales collateral to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with sales strategies
  • Identify, implement, and manage sales enablement tools (CRM, sales automation platforms, etc.) to enhance sales processes
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their challenges and ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed
  • Analyze sales workflows and processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and close rates
  • Track and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to gauge the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
  • Provide regular reports on the success of enablement programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements

Sales Enablement Specialist Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and sales methodologies
  • Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar sales enablement platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
