We're seeking a Sales Manager to play an impactful role in our growth by driving new business, expanding our reach and leading a team of salespeople to achieve the highest levels of success.  

As our new Sales Manager, you’ll be joining a company poised for exponential growth and will play a key role in our expansion strategy. We're on a mission to double our revenue in the next three years and expand our footprint with dozens of new offices.   

Sales Manager Responsibilities:  

  • Propel the growth of our sales team, exceeding personal and team revenue targets 
  • Build and mentor your team, fostering their development through training and ongoing support 
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with recruiting leaders to ensure seamless execution on searches, driving results with a revenue-focused mindset

Sales Manager Requirements:  
  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • 5+ years of sales experience 
  • 3+ years of experience in a management/supervisory role 
  • Staffing and recruiting industry experience preferred 
  • Persuasive leadership style, coupled with excellent communication skills
  • High energy, superior work ethic and a drive to succeed in a competitive and challenging field
