Our client is a leading commercial real estate group committed to excellence and innovation and are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support their agents with client correspondence, sales reporting, contract compliance and much more!

Sales Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and preparing documents
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations and contracts
  • Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
  • Coordinate and manage communication between clients, the sales team and other departments
  • Conduct market research and compile data to support sales strategies
  • Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales events and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports
  • Perform general office duties as needed to ensure smooth operations

Sales Operations Coordinator Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in commercial real estate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
