Sales Support/ Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences, fostering satisfaction and loyalty
- Serve as a bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication
- Interact professionally with customers through written and verbal channels
- Deliver impactful messaging concisely and professionally
- Work closely with the sales operations team on pricing, contracting, RFP response and product management
- Balance multiple demands and prioritize tasks aligned with business objectives
- Adapt swiftly to evolving business needs and company growth
- Forge strong internal relationships across various teams to meet customer needs efficiently
- Facilitate bi-directional communication across departments
- Identify and propose process enhancements to elevate internal operations and customer interactions
- Proactively address customer issues and provide troubleshooting assistance
- Interpret data to formulate strategies for achieving goals
- Utilize data insights to enhance customer engagement and improve their experience
Sales Support/ Office Manager Requirements:
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, relevant experience a plus
- Proven success in B2B sales support or customer service; healthcare experience desirable
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments
- Up to 10% travel required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- This is an onsite position requiring presence in our client’s home office in Niles, IL
