SAP Implementation Consultant Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in all phases of SAP implementations, including project preparation, business blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support
- Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, etc.) to meet client-specific needs
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and integrations with other systems
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of delivered solutions
- Provide end-user training and support
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business blueprints, functional specifications and training materials
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice development
SAP Implementation Consultant Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field
- Minimum [Number] years of experience in SAP FI/CO implementation and configuration
- Deep understanding of business processes related to finance and accounting
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Controlling (CO)
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Product Costing (PC)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred
- Experience with integration points between FI/CO and other modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
