Senior Associate – Turnaround & Restructuring Consultant Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tactical profit improvement plans addressing operations, finance and other business aspects
- Prepare complex cash flow projections and worksheets to model business processes or transactions
- Extract useful information from large sets of unorganized or incomplete data to inform decision-making
- Interact with clients at all organizational levels, providing expert advice and guidance
- Supervise client employees as necessary to ensure successful project implementation
- Manage creditor communications and negotiation processes
- Prepare comprehensive reports, written analyses, presentations, quantitative exhibits and other deliverables related to project scope or results
- Use problem-solving skills to provide alternative solutions to complex issues
- Maintain detailed working paper records of assumptions, methodologies and information sources used in all analytical tasks
Senior Associate – Turnaround & Restructuring Consultant Requirements:
- 4+ years of public audit experience, ideally at the supervisor level
- CPA certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- Strong communication skills, with experience attending networking events and entertaining clients
- Strong Excel skills
