LaSalle Network is partnering with a high-growth healthcare technology organization that provides revenue cycle management solutions. Our client is in search of a Senior Director, Talent Acquisition. Reporting to the SVP of Talent Management & Inclusion, this individual will act as a strategic partner for leaders across the business to identify talent needs, design proactive recruiting solutions, deliver innovative programs for diversity recruitment and ensure a best in class recruiting process and candidate experience.
Senior Director, Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
- Continue to expand and improve the multi-dimensional recruitment strategies based on business needs, best practices and continued growth
- Act as an advisor to executive level stakeholders as the recruiting SME on market trends, recruiting metrics, operational processes, systems and tools
- Set vision, direction and priorities through the development and execution of a strategic roadmap
- Lead, develop and manage a team of leaders and recruiters to hire high quality candidates at scale
- Manage vendors to ensure that KPIs and business objectives are being met
- Build programs that improve the hiring of internal and external talent
- Lead recruitment marketing plans to drive up candidate flow for targeted positions
- Create, teach and foster diversity and inclusion best practices in all aspects of selection, assessment and hiring
- Work closely with the HR Operations team to ensure collaboration and partnership on the occupational health and preboarding processes are aligned
- Partner with External (Contingent) Workforce Program leader to advise on talent acquisition strategies
- Lead the development of talent analytics and reporting that help all stakeholders improve their recruitment performance
- Build repeatable, programmatic solutions to operational processes
- Collaborate with Global TA Leaders on direction of shared processes and tools, including providing leadership on the Workday roadmap
Senior Director, Talent Acquisition Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, preferably in a fast-paced, changing environment
- 5+ years of experience of leading recruiting teams and all aspects of recruiting processes, workforce planning, setting and inspecting KPIs and hiring delivery
- 5+ years of experience leading hiring in a hyper growth environment with 2500+ hires/year or more
- 3+ years of experience regularly interfacing and communicating with executive leaders up to the C-suite
- Proven track record of continuous improvement strategies and utilizing a data-driven approach
- Experience in HR/TA/Business transformation efforts and with Workday Recruiting a strong plus
- Strong leadership skills with experience building a team and managing people leaders, including managing a remote workforce
- Some travel is required, based on business needs. This role leads a remote team
