You will work closely with key stakeholders across multiple business units, offering financial insights and strategic recommendations to drive performance, profitability, and growth for the organization.
Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Business Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams to support the alignment of financial and strategic objectives
- Business Forecasting: Lead the development of accurate and timely business forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and identifying key financial drivers
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Manage and enhance FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-term financial planning
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and performance dashboards to communicate key insights and trends to senior management
- Strategic Decision Support: Provide financial insights and recommendations to guide strategic decisions related to business growth, cost management, and resource allocation
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and improve overall financial operations
Senior Financial Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business partnering, preferably in a global organization
- Proven experience with business forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
- Strong track record of working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business results
