This role is hybrid back in the office downtown and is budgeted up to a base of $115,000 with 15% target annual bonus.
As a Senior FP&A and Treasury Analyst, you will develop financial models, conduct analysis, and manage cash operations while providing insights to leadership. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
Senior FP&A & Treasury Analyst Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain advanced financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes
- Perform variance analysis between actual results and forecasts
- Oversee cash management and treasury operations
- Monitor and optimize working capital
- Support capital allocation decisions and investment analysis
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and KPI reporting
- Collaborate with accounting team on month-end close processes
- Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership
Senior FP&A & Treasury Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, treasury, or related finance roles
- Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
- Proficiency in financial planning systems and ERP platforms
- Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements
- Experience with cash forecasting and treasury management
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to present financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or CTP certification
- Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- Knowledge of VBA, SQL, or Python for financial analysis
- Background in both corporate finance and accounting functions
- Experience in the same or adjacent industry
