Senior Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for 300+ employees using Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations
- Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, including discrepancies and payment questions
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely reporting
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure alignment on payroll processes and policies
- Assist with payroll audits and reporting as needed
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance
Senior Payroll Specialist Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, with a focus on processing payroll in Paylocity
- Experience managing payroll for 300+ employees
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
