Senior Staff Accountant Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end close process
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Budget preparation and projections
- Audit report preparation
- Internal controls and process documentation
Senior Staff Accountant Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
- 3+ years corporate accounting experience
- Knowledge of audit reports
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in financial software (Sage Intacct experience a plus)
- Comfortable with organization's Christian values and mission
- Financial transaction management
- Report creation and analysis
- Process improvement
- Data manipulation (Pivot Tables, Queries, What-If analysis)
