Senior Treasury Analyst Responsibilities:
- Open, close, and manage bank accounts, ensuring seamless integrations and compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and service providers
- Prepare and manage detailed financial reports using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)
- Assist with internal and external audits, including remediation activities and documentation for EY and internal reviews
- Lead and support integration cycles, including managing 5–10 acquisitions within the first 90 days. Tasks include adding signers to banking systems and setting up treasury workstations
- Utilize treasury management systems like Kyriba for reporting and integration tasks
Senior Treasury Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
- 4+ years of treasury experience in a fast-paced, large-scale environment. Internships do not count towards the required experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities
- Experience with treasury management systems (Kyriba experience is a plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle urgent tasks with efficiency. Must thrive in team-oriented environments
- Experience managing integrations, mergers, and reporting in a global or large-scale company setting
- Excels in bank account management and relationship building
- Is adaptable, organized, and thrives in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
- Has a proven ability to manage multiple projects and integrate acquisitions efficiently
- Is a strong communicator and a reliable right-hand resource for the VP of Global Treasury
