Software Architect Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software architecture
- Design and oversee the implementation of software solutions, ensuring they align with the company's technical vision and meet industry best practices
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to achieve optimal system performance and reliability
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features, ensuring they align with architectural goals
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform architectural decisions and drive innovation
Software Architect Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Software Architect or similar role in designing and implementing complex software systems
- In-depth knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Ruby)
- Strong experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to mentor and lead development teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with microservices architecture
