The Supply Planner will be responsible for ensuring service level targets are met by coordinating inventory build strategies and working closely with plant schedulers. This person will support new product rollouts, help mitigate obsolescence, and assist with system testing and integration efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their supply chain career who wants exposure across multiple desks and functions, with the potential to make a meaningful impact and earn a permanent role.
Supply Planner Responsibilities:
- Partner with plant schedulers to maintain service levels and manage optimal inventory builds
- Monitor SKU build schedules and proactively address risks, delays, or trade-offs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product rollouts and minimize inventory obsolescence
- Contribute to system testing and integration as part of the company's broader transformation initiatives
- Engage across departments to support dynamic business needs and enhance process efficiency
Supply Planner Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in supply chain roles, with at least 6 months in supply planning
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP and Business Objects strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate trade-offs and priorities
- Adaptability and interest in learning new systems and collaborating with various departments
- Effective communicator who thrives in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment
