TA Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and send confirmations and reminders
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, and conduct initial phone screenings
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering inquiries
- Handle administrative responsibilities, such as maintaining candidate databases and organizing recruitment files
TA Coordinator Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant HR experience or HR internship experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable handling paperwork
