Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate 30-40 interviews per day across multiple teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless interview experience
- Assist hiring managers with interview logistics, calendar management, and candidate communication
- Maintain accurate interview records and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support additional talent acquisition projects as needed
Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator Requirements:
- Previous experience in high-volume interview scheduling or recruitment coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working with ATS platforms and scheduling tools is a plus
