Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, designing and executing selection processes and behavioral interviewing
- Evaluate recruitment trends and job market dynamics to create and implement effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent
- Employ critical thinking and decision-making skills to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships based on trust, integrity and commitment with teammates, hiring leaders and stakeholders through frequent interaction and effective collaboration
Talent Acquisition Specialist Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience
- Significant knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes; clinical experience recruited
- Ability to evaluate trends in recruitment and the job market to develop effective strategies
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare talent acquisition a plus
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
