Technical Lead – MS Dynamics 365 Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical activities for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation project, working closely with IT managers to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Serve as the primary architect for solution design, coordinating with software vendors and systems integrators to build and implement the technical environment
- Design and manage integrations with Dynamics 365 and other peripheral systems such as Azure, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Pages
- Oversee the performance, cost management and security of Dynamics environments, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing expenses
- Support post-implementation work, including system maintenance, enhancements, upgrades and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, providing oversight during the implementation phase and ensuring successful project delivery
Technical Lead – MS Dynamics 365 Requirements:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, particularly in a technical leadership role
- Strong expertise in Azure, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Pages
- Solid background in integrating D365 with other systems, including APIs and middleware
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) systems, ideally with DycoTrade CTRM
- Familiarity with project management, systems analysis and technical design methodologies
- Experience with UAT and production environments preferred
- Understanding of SAP BTB is a plus
