LaSalle Network is expanding our Nashville office, and we are in search of an experienced Technical Recruiter to join this high-performing group. As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll report directly to our Market Director. Our Nashville office is unique, as it provides the fast-paced entrepreneurial feel of a growing office while being backed by the resources and leadership of an established organization. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing market. 

Technical Recruiter Responsibilities: 

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles including infrastructure, application development, data analytics, security, software development and ERP positions 
  • Build long-term, consultative relationships with candidates and clients 
  • Prioritize multiple job orders, ensuring urgency and attentiveness to client needs 
  • Consistently achieve weekly KPIs 
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure successful placements and foster the growth of client relationships 

Technical Recruiter Requirements: 
  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong desire to achieve, learn and embrace new challenges 
  • Willingness to work in-office Monday-Thursday; all staff get the option to work remotely on Fridays
