LaSalle Network has partnered with our client to hire a detail-oriented Temporary Engineering Admin with strong data entry skills for a 2–3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background, with experience in the HVAC or construction industry being a significant advantage. This role will focus on accurate data entry to support engineering projects.
This is an onsite temporary assignment with one of our top clients in the construction and manufacturing company located in Aurora, IL, full-time hours, Monday through Friday. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for temporary work through the end of the year and potentially longer!
Temporary Engineering Admin Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Support process engineering teams by maintaining and organizing project documentation
- Assist in the collection, input, and verification of project data
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and compliance
Temporary Engineering Admin Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry within an engineering environment
- Background in engineering, with experience in HVAC or construction industries preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in data entry software and general computer skills
