In this role, you will support financial planning and analysis by assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities. You will analyze cost structures, profitability trends, and business performance metrics to provide valuable insights for decision-making. Additionally, you will prepare financial reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support ad hoc financial modeling and special projects as needed.
Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Analyze cost structures, profitability trends, and business performance metrics
- Support month-end and quarter-end financial close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
- Assist with ad hoc financial modeling, scenario analysis, and special projects as needed
Financial Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (SAP experience is a plus)
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present actionable insights
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
