Location: Eminence, KY
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm EST
Pay Rate: $17/hr (potential increase to $18-19/hr based on experience!)

What You’ll Do:
- Process titles, handle essential documents, and keep things running smoothly in the office.
- Assist with inquiries (just 3-4 calls per day!) using an intuitive phone system.
- Manage vehicle stock updates and provide clear, detailed explanations to customers.
- Scan, log, and track documents like a pro (FedEx deliveries included!).
- Take short trips to the local county clerk’s office to process title paperwork (rotational basis).
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Prior experience in an office setting and a knack for delighting customers.
- Detail-Oriented Mindset: You’ll stay organized and handle escalated calls with confidence.
- Tech Savviness: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ready to learn our systems (training provided!).
- Eagerness to Grow: Open to learning the ins and outs of title processing and making a long-term impact.
- Preferred but Not Required: Auto industry or title processing experience.
