LaSalle Network is hiring a Trade & Customs Brokerage Manager for a global manufacturing company based in Schaumburg, IL. Trade & Customs Brokerage Manager Responsibilities:

Lead all Customs compliance activities, including HTS classification and Post Entry processes

Maintain CTPAT Tier II validation and manage Foreign Trade Zone operations

Oversee ACE portal usage and ensure accurate import/export recordkeeping

Conduct audits and manage Duty Relief programs (e.g., FTAs, drawback, tariff exclusions)

Supervise direct reports and act as a key point-of-contact for compliance escalations

Train internal teams and collaborate cross-functionally to uphold compliance goals
Trade & Customs Brokerage Manager Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in international trade, logistics, or related field

5+ years of import compliance experience, including supervisory responsibility

Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, FTZ operations, and HTS classification

Familiarity with CTPAT, Duty Relief programs, and INCOTERMS

Advanced Excel and strong collaboration skills

U.S. Customs Broker License preferred
