Transportation Billing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Review and process driver paperwork for accuracy
- Confirm rates, check fuel charts, and verify entered data
- Communicate with drivers regarding missing or incorrect paperwork
- Invoice customers based on contracts, quotes, and agreements
- Ensure timely and accurate driver payments
- Monitor and resolve any unbilled reports
- Work closely with customer service, dispatch, and billing teams
