Staffing, Recruiting, Culture Firm Releases 2018 Year-In-Review Highlighting Growth, Achievements
CHICAGO – LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm, publishes its 2018 year-end review, which includes the company achieving record revenue growth in its twentieth year in business, as well as the launch of its sister company, LaSalle Benefits, a benefits brokerage firm.
“This past year was a pivotal year for our company,” said Tom Gimbel, founder and CEO of LaSalle Network. “We celebrated 20 years in business, continued to explore new markets and opportunities and delivered top service to our clients while developing our staff.”
LaSalle Network in 2018:
- Hired 74 people
- Promoted 50 employees, including two employees to Vice Presidents
- Provided more than 1,000 hours of training and development for staff
- Celebrated 170 ReBirthdays, which is an employee’s anniversary with the company
- Celebrated 20 years in business with year over year organic revenue growth
- Provided various philanthropic initiatives for employees which resulted in:
- Nearly 3,000 cans collected and donated to Greater Chicago Food Depository
- Giving back to more than 20 local charities through monetary donations and employee volunteer time
- The donation of nearly 50 laptops to Michele Clark Academic Prep Magnet High School in partnership with Avant and Pangea
- More than 400 books donated to Ounce of Prevention
- More than 600 donations of crayons and Play-Doh for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital
