National Staffing, Recruiting, Culture Firm Publishes 2023 Year-in-Review
CHICAGO – LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm, publishes its 2023 Year-in-Review, which includes highlights such as achieving continued year-over-year revenue growth in 2023.
To help lead its continued national expansion, LaSalle Network hired Robert Grajewski, Chief Strategy Officer, who brings a proven track record of building and scaling businesses. Grajewski will play a crucial role in spearheading initiatives that enhance LaSalle Network’s competitive edge, optimize operational efficiency, and drive the company’s strategic vision and growth initiatives. Before joining LaSalle, Robert founded and led numerous successful startups, including Prestige Staffing Solutions. Robert holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and an AB degree from Harvard University.
To further fuel Nashville market growth, LaSalle Network’s Sr. Director, Jay Camper, is relocating from Chicago after eight successful years to drive local Nashville growth, focusing on building accounting and finance teams for Nashville-area businesses.
Training and Development: Continuing its commitment to learning and development, LaSalle Network’s Training and Development department conducted over 2,500 hours of training for employees in 2023, leading to more than 20 percent of employees earning promotions in 2023.

Philanthropic Highlights: LaSallians continued to utilize LaSalle Network’s volunteer paid time off (VTO) policy of up to 5 days of VTO, and its Community Champions committee organized countless give-back initiatives, including its third-annual holiday philanthropy initiative, LaSalle Gives Back, which included various in-person and virtual volunteer events to help those in need this holiday season. Other efforts over the year include:
- Partnered with Breakthrough to help those experiencing homelessness by preparing and serving food at the Women’s Center in Garfield Park
- Made cards for hospitalized children in partnership with Cards for Hospitalized Kids
- Made toys and beds for cats and dogs at the Anti-Cruelty Society
- Partnered with Cristo Rey Jesuit High School for its Corporate Work Study program, employing two students one day a week to help fund their high school tuitions. This program helps students gain valuable professional work experience and begin building professional networks.
- Participated in and sponsored the Our Fallen Hero 5K, a race that honors Private First Class, Aaron Toppen, who lost his life to friendly fire while serving in Afghanistan.
- Participated in Lurie Children’s Corporate Cup, a field day where teams representing local companies faced off in a variety of virtual events while raising life-changing funds to support the patients and families at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
- Packed 134 boxes of food to feed 79 children in the next year in partnership with Feed My Starving Children, a non-profit organization that coordinates the packaging and distribution of food to people in developing nations.
- Sent notes of appreciation and support to active military members in partnership with A Million Thanks.
- Attended the 2023 Thresholds Gala, raising funds and awareness for the organization, which is one of the oldest and largest providers of recovery services for people with mental health and substance use conditions in Illinois.
- Volunteered with Special Olympics of Illinois, an organization committed to providing year-round sports activities for all children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
- Volunteered with By The Hand Club For Kids at their Moving Everest location in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago. After writing cards and putting together care packages filled with treats, pencils and toys, volunteers went into classrooms to make blankets, crafts and play games with students.
- During the week of LaSalle Network’s anniversary, the company donates to select charities nominated by employees, which this year included: Mission 34, By The Hand Club For Kids, The American Cancer Society, Chicago Children’s Charities and Misericordia Home.
- LaSalle Network’s veteran hiring initiative, LaSalle Veteran Network (LVN), helped more than 1,000 veterans and military affiliated professionals over the course of 2023.
