LaSalle Network Founder, CEO, Tom Gimbel, Takes 150 Employees on All-Expenses Paid Weekend Trip
CHICAGO (April 15, 2017) – LaSalle Network Founder and CEO, Tom Gimbel, took 150 employees on an all-expenses paid weekend trip to Nashville, Tenn. for hitting a Q4 2016 revenue goal.
Every permanent employee from C-level executives to office assistants went on the trip to celebrate hitting the highest sales quarter in the company’s history. This included back-office support like marketing, accounting, human resources and IT, to revenue producers.
All employees who were with LaSalle for the entire fourth quarter in 2016 were eligible for the trip, which took place Friday, April 7, 2017 through Sunday, April 9, 2017. Each employee received a hotel room, all meals paid for as well as spending money.
While LaSalle Network has traditional incentive trips for individual sales goals, Gimbel set out to do company-wide inventive trips to recognize and reward everyone’s contribution to helping the company hit goal.
“Everyone plays a part in hitting the goal, from our office assistants and back-office support to our revenue producers,” said Gimbel. “We can’t hit our goal without the collective effort of our entire group.”
