Maureen Hoersten Named Among 2022 “Global Power 150- Women in Staffing” for Second Year
CHICAGO – Maureen Hoersten, Chief Operating Officer at LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm, has been recognized among Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2022 “Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing” for her second year.
The “Global Power 150” award is presented to the most influential women in staffing who change the workplace and success for staffing companies around the world. Staffing Industry Analyst (SIA) is dedicated to shining a spotlight on women’s success in leadership positions within staffing around the country.
As Chief Operating Officer, Hoersten oversees all sales and recruiting functions, and has been instrumental in building LaSalle Network’s client base and sales program by creating and executing sales strategies, identifying, attracting, and engaging key target clients and cultivating and growing client relationships. Over her tenure, she has also been instrumental in developing LaSalle Network’s company culture.
Maureen has been honored among Chicago Business Journal’s “Women of Influence,” Diversity Journals’ “Women Worth Watching,” Staffing Industry Analysts “Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing List,” and Daily Herald Business Ledger’s “Influential Women in Business.” Maureen joined LaSalle Network in 2003 as a Business Development Manager after graduating with a BA from The University of Iowa.
