Tom Gimbel Selected to Offer Insights on Building Successful Company Cultures
CHICAGO (August 8, 2016) – The Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA), has selected Tom Gimbel, founder and CEO of LaSalle Network, a national staffing and recruiting firm, to present a four-part webinar series on developing, implementing and scaling a successful company culture.
The first webinar, “How to Hire for Culture Fit and Why You Should,” is Monday, August 8, 2016 from 11:00amPT to 12:00pmPT. Gimbel will discuss effective ways to gage culture fit in interviews, the importance of hard and soft skills, and how finding the right people impacts business. Participants will leave with concrete steps they can take to implement and grow a successful company culture that drives business results.
