Tom Gimbel Joins Two Panels on Workplace Culture at Annual Inc. Magazine Conference
CHICAGO – Tom Gimbel, founder and CEO of LaSalle Network, a national recruiting and staffing firm, has been selected to speak at Inc. Magazine’s 2016 Inc. 5000 conference, honoring the 2016 “Fastest-Growing Privately Held Companies in America.” Gimbel will be speaking on two panels both on company culture.
For his first session, Should Your Business Strive to Have a Social Mission?, Gimbel will join Victor Hwang, vice president of entrepreneurship of Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, Elizabeth McKee Gore, entrepreneur-in-residence at Dell, Eric Ryan, co-founder of Method, and Doug Tatum, Newport Board Group board chairman and entrepreneur-in-residence at Florida State University. For this hour-long session, panelist will discuss whether or not organizations should focus on creating a social-driven mission.
For his second session, Gimbel will discuss the ROI of company culture with Sherry Stewart Deutschmann, founder and former CEO of LetterLogic and Inc. Magazine’s Executive Editor, Jon Fine.
