Chicago, Ill. March 18, 2014 – LaSalle Network, Chicago’s premier provider of professional staffing and recruiting services, has been named a “Best Staffing Firm to Work For” by Staffing industry Analyst for 2014, making this the fourth consecutive year LaSalle has been named to the list. LaSalle Network is the only staffing firm in Illinois to be selected four years in a row.
LaSalle Network was selected as one of five finalists in the medium-sized category for staffing firms with 51 to 200 employees. LaSalle was awarded third place in the medium-sized category. The “Best Staffing Firm to Work For” list recognizes dedication to employee engagement, as well as establishing the practices that encourage both happy and productive employees.

Conducted by Quantum Workplace, an independent research firm specializing in employee engagement, surveys were given to internal employees of each firm. Surveys measured key engagement categories, such as teamwork, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
