Great Place to Work, FORTUNE, Ranks National Staffing, Recruiting, Culture Firm Among Best Places to Work in Chicago for Third Consecutive Year
CHICAGO – LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm headquartered in Chicago, has been recognized on FORTUNE magazine’s 2020 list of “Best Workplaces in Chicago” for the third consecutive year.
Conducted by Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, and FORTUNE Magazine, the “Best Workplaces in Chicago” list was compiled based on feedback from employees of Great Place to Work-Certified organizations.
Winning organizations are chosen based on employee feedback scores across more than 60 elements of workplace experience. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and the level of camaraderie among the team. Additionally, companies who best include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization are given more weight in their scores.
According to the results of LaSalle Network’s survey, 94 percent of employees said the company is a great place to work, compared to 59 percent at companies across the country. Ninety-nine percent of employees said both that the company is a fun place to work and that people care about one another, with majority stating that the people are why LaSalle Network is a great place to work. One hundred percent of employees stated the company celebrates special events and 98 percent stated employees are given a lot of responsibility.
